This project consisted of interior upgrades to five sets of existing bathrooms in the Commons Building that was done in two phases. Work included new walls / framing, ceiling, wall, and flooring patch and repair, as well as electrical and plumbing work as it was needed. Every effort was made to ensure that there was minimal disruption to these areas during all demolition and construction activities. We also worked closely with the design team to ensure ADA accessibility, the main reason for the project.
