Our team will be here for the next 39 weeks as we demolish the existing structure to make way for a new 4,800 SF medical space on top of the current building’s footprint.

JBC was brought on as the Construction Manager in 2019 and worked with the design team, Fischer Architecture, to develop plans for a new space that will allow our client to serve the local community as envisioned. The facility will be able to accommodate routine check-ins while also providing space for outpatient procedures with the addition of patient rooms, a waiting room, and doctor’s offices inside.
