Team Members Celebrate 20 Years at JBC
Congratulations are in order for Chuck Wills, Superintendent, Bill Bennett, Senior Vice President, and Greg Guillen, Superintendent, who celebrate 20 years with Jeffrey Brown Contracting this year! We are thankful for our team members, each an essential part of our success and development since 2000. Their countless hours of dedication to the firm, upholding JBC’s reputation, and always willing to be a resource to new team members has allowed JBC to grow and improve each year. As we celebrate this amazing milestone with Chuck, Bill and Greg, we want to thank them for helping to build a foundation that the company will thrive on for years to come. We appreciate ALL that you do!

Chuck Wills, Superintendent
Chuck brings a focus on renovations and new construction at JBC. He has worked on many different higher education campuses, including Towson University, Johns Hopkins University, and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Chuck’s healthcare portfolio is even more extensive, with projects completed at Anne Arundel Medical Center, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, Union Memorial Hospital, the University of Maryland Medical Center, and more. His knowledge of lab renovations and healthcare construction is invaluable to our team!
Bill Bennett, Senior Vice President
Bill has spent most of his career with JBC, joining the team in 2000. He has worked on a wide range of campuses and projects over the years, including at Coppin State University, Johns Hopkins University, Towson University, University of Maryland, Baltimore, Good Samaritan Hospital, Mercy Medical Center, and many more. Bill has received ABC Greater Baltimore’s Award of Excellence for his work on the Vascular Center and Maryland Spine Center at Mercy Medical Center, and for the ground floor & renovation at St. Agnes Hospital. When Bill is not working, he enjoys competing in fishing and golf tournaments, as well as, traveling abroad.
Greg Guillen, Superintendent
Greg brings knowledge and project experience that spans the higher education, healthcare, and commercial industries, with projects at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, Towson University, Coppin State University, the University of Maryland Medical Center, Mercy Medical Center, Johns Hopkins Hospital, and more. In his free time, he enjoys doing renovation projects on his house and yard work, spending time with his wife and family, visiting the beach, golfing, fishing, and cooking.
