Our team started the new year with our second annual, State of JBC Meeting. During this time, we highlighted achievements in 2019, shared goals we have as a company for 2020, broke into groups to discuss how improvements can be made, and celebrated work anniversaries! A big THANK YOU to our employees for another amazing year of growth.

Looking Ahead

The JBC crew has created a list of 2020 goals, but most importantly, aims to focus on maintaining a happy and driven team of employees through a company culture that supports work-life balance & job satisfaction.

While some team members have hit the 5-year mark at JBC, we have other employees celebrating 10, 15 and even 20+ years of working with us! One of our most important achievements each year is honoring these milestones. We are truly thankful for all of the dedication and loyalty to this company because without a talented team, JBC couldn’t continue to be successful and build a strong reputation in the contracting world.
