The Terps locker room and team suite, which is attached to the home XFINITY Center Pavilion, was unveiled for the women’s volleyball team this past summer.

JBC partnered with Ammon Heisler Sachs architects for this design build project, which was completed in just five months in order to meet the Universities’ timeline. The scope of work included the design and renovation of a new player lounge complete with a kitchen, bathroom, shower room, locker room, and a vestibule entrance from the volleyball court.

“JBC was a great partner for this project and we could not be prouder that our state-of-the-art volleyball team suite and locker room took home this award,” said Associate Athletic Director – Facilities, Operations & Events Josh Kaplan. “The design and execution of the space was carried out perfectly and we are thrilled with how the team suite exceeded the expectations for our volleyball program.”
